Homecoming
I've been living in Los Angeles for a little over 11 months now.
This city has embraced me whole heartedly. I remember feeling as if Santa Monica had been anticipating my arrival. Moving across the country alone felt natural to me. It was necessary to say farewell to the noise that entrapped me, at least then. A sweet smooch goodbye to bottle culture, crypto dirtbags, and the belittling, ego-driven behavior that latched itself to my Miami.
Since moving here, I've met the most extraordinary people who share a collective interest in art and culture. It's no accident. I mean, who believes in coincidences, anyway? The freakish synchronicities expanded my awareness, backing my philosophy that life's hiccups happen when we're ready to switch gears and embark on a route that better suits us in that moment. A route that feels harmonious with our purpose, guiding us to happier, more fulfilled lives. Learn to welcome and embrace the hiccups. They shed light on the patterns and darker, less obvious corners of our subconscious. Don't trip!
