Welcome to Artists Don’t School (“A.D.S.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of artistsdontschool.com (the “Site”) and any purchases, releases, events, or features we offer (the “Service”). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

1. Online Store & Eligibility

You confirm you’re at least the age of majority in your place of residence (or have consent from a parent/guardian for any minor dependents). You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any laws.

2. General Conditions

We may refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Content you submit (not including payment details) may pass through networks unencrypted and be reformatted. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written consent.

3. Information Accuracy

The Site is for general information and creative presentation. While we aim for accuracy, materials may not always be current or complete. You rely on them at your own risk. We may change content at any time and have no duty to update it.

4. Changes to the Service & Prices

Prices and offerings may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without liability to you.

5. Products, Editions & Events

Some items (including Minis, limited editions, or event tickets) may be available only online and in limited quantities. Availability, descriptions, and pricing may change at our discretion. We may limit sales by person, household, or region, and may discontinue any product or event at any time.

Colors and textures displayed online are approximate; your screen may render them differently.

6. Orders, Billing & Account Info

We may refuse or limit any order (including those using the same account, card, or address).
If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you using the email or phone number given at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it so we can process your order and contact you.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Each A.D.S. piece is unique. We accept returns or exchanges only if an item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Please email ash@artistsdontschool.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can make it right.

8. Events & Workshops

Tickets or spots for A.D.S. events, installations, or workshops are non-refundable unless we cancel the event. By attending, you consent to photography and video recording that may be used in A.D.S. documentation or promotional materials.

9. Optional Tools & New Features

We may offer third-party tools or new features we don’t control. You use them as is and at your own risk. Future services or tools will also be subject to these Terms.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or include third-party content. We are not responsible for their accuracy, policies, or practices. Engage with them at your own discretion.

11. User Comments & Submissions

If you send us ideas, images, or other materials (“comments”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, and share them. We are not obliged to keep comments confidential or to compensate you.

You are responsible for your comments and their accuracy, and you agree they won’t violate laws or third-party rights. We may, but don’t have to, monitor or remove content at our discretion.

12. Privacy

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

13. Errors & Omissions

Occasionally, the Site may contain errors or omissions (e.g., in descriptions, prices, or availability). We may correct these and update or cancel orders as permitted by law.

14. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or its content for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including but not limited to: infringing intellectual property rights, spreading malware, collecting personal data without consent, or interfering with the Site’s security or operation.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including artwork, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and designs, is owned by A.D.S. or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use our content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A.D.S. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A.D.S. and our affiliates, partners, and team from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will continue in full effect.

19. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until ended by you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use the Site. We may terminate if we believe you’ve violated these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination.

20. Entire Agreement; No Waiver

These Terms and our posted policies (including Privacy and Returns) constitute the entire agreement between you and A.D.S.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

22. International Visitors

If you access or purchase from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws and paying any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. EU/UK residents may have additional consumer rights under local law, which these Terms do not limit.

23. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version here. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes.
